Waste heat isothermal annealing refers to the process in which the forging billet is cooled to a certain temperature below Ac1 (generally 650℃) after stopping forging (generally 1000~1100℃), and the furnace is cooled to about 350℃ after holding for a certain period of time, and then comes out of the oven for air cooling.
The low carbon and low alloy structural steel forgings are treated by isothermal annealing after forging, which can obtain uniform and stable hardness and microstructure, improve the machining performance of the forged billets, reduce tool loss, and prepare for the final heat treatment.
The heat treatment method adopted by Constant Velocity joints is isothermal annealing. The heating temperature of isothermal annealing and complete annealing is exactly the same, Ac3+30~50℃, but the cooling way is different.
