The double discs in the shot blasting device are riveted into one to form the impeller body. The impeller body is equipped with eight blades, and the impeller body is installed on the main shaft driven by the motor together with the shot dividing wheel located in the center of the shot blasting wheel.
The cover is lined with a guard plate, and the shell is equipped with a directional sleeve and a shot inlet pipe. During operation, the projectile flows into the shot blasting device from the shot inlet pipe.
The projectile dividing wheel rotates synchronously with the blade to obtain the initial velocity of the projectile. The projectile flies out through the window of the directional sleeve and is thrown onto the high-speed rotating blade outside the directional sleeve. After being further accelerated by the blade, it is thrown onto the surface of the cleaned workpiece.
